Video for WEB:
InternetExplorer - (batch JPEG pictures - port 80) is used over and over
again repeated http request ADRESA/video.jpg
Mozilla, opera, Firefox ... and programme PopUp (UDVguard) - (MJPEG
stream - port 80) is used http request ADRESA/video.mjpg (sometimes it
