Keeping the Projector On

You should keep the projector on at all times. To preserve the life of the projector lamp, use the
Projector Standby button on the Control Panel to power the projector lamp on and off while
leaving the projector on.

When you finish using the 2000i, or at the end of the day, press the Projector Standby button on
the Control Panel to put the projector into reversible standby mode. The screen turns black and the
LED indicator blinks very quickly. You now have five minutes to change your mind and instantly
restore the system by pressing any button on the Control Panel. After five minutes, the lamp
powers down. After an additional 90 seconds, the system reaches full standby mode: the projector
lamp turns off, while the projector itself remains on.
