IX.4 Operation Description
Move Print head to cleaning position, Press "Ink" button on Cleaning Operation Panel to launch positive
pressure cleaning. Release the button to stop cleaning. Turn on Illuming Switch to lighten and check the
ink drop.
You have two choices to clean two channels or all four channels of colors. If choose cleaning two
channels, clamp the other two air route to cut off the air. Cleaning of the two ink channels won't operate
without air pressure.
IX.5 Auto Clean
Auto clean process is a negative pressure cleaning. Press arrow keys on the control panel and select the
function of "Cleaning tools". Then select "Auto Clean" on the unfold menu and press "Enter" for execution.
The "Auto Clean" system drives the Print head carriage moving back and forth upon the Vacuum cleaner
ink. It sucks ink from nozzles by negative pressure created by Vacuum cleaner. The Print head carriage
moves back to original position after negative pressure cleaning.
IX.6 Firing
Firing is a P/H spray function. Press arrow keys on the control panel and select the function of "Cleaning
Tools". Then select "Firing" on the unfold menu and press "Enter" for execution. P/Hs spray downward to
prevent nozzle clogs. Press "Enter" again to execute P/Hs firing one more time necessary.
