4.3.10 Purge Unit

a) Removing the purge unit
1) Turn the gear[1] of the purge unit[3] in the direction of the arrow to unlock and uncap the carriage. Next,
move the carriage[2] onto the platen.
2) Remove connector[1] from the rear of the unit to free the harness from the harness guide.
