MAINTENANCE CHART

The maintenance is very important; if you are not familiar with safe service prac-
tices and adjustment procedures, see your authorized Bombardier ATV dealer.
I: Inspect, verify, clean, adjust, lubricate, replace if necessary

Spark arrester
Condition of seals

Radiator condition/cleanliness (air ducts and radiator fins) ➂

Clutch and transmission operation
Drive belt
Cleaning/condition of drive and driven pulleys
CVT air inlet/outlet duct condition/cleanliness and sealing
FUEL SYSTEM
Air filter ➃
Fuel lines and connections
Fuel tank strainer
Carburetor adjustment
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
Spark plug(s)
Battery electrolyte level/connections/vent condition
Wiring harnesses, cables and lines
Condition of ignition switch and start/stop switch ➃
Condition of lighting system
(HI/LO intensity, brake light, headlamp aiming, etc.) ➃
Winch connections
DRIVE TRAIN
Drive shaft boot and protector ➃
Drive shaft joint
Front/rear propeller shaft joint
