Evaluation License Restrictions

The ADSP-BF592 EZ-KIT Lite installation is part of the
VisualDSP++ 5.0. The EZ-KIT Lite is a licensed product that offers an
unrestricted evaluation license for the first 90 days. Once the initial unre-
stricted 90-day evaluation license expires:
• VisualDSP++ restricts a connection to the ADSP-BF592 EZ-KIT
Lite via the USB port of the debug agent interface only. Connec-
tions to simulators and emulation products are no longer allowed.
• The linker restricts a user program to ¼ of internal memory
(64 Kbytes), which is 16 Kbytes for code space with no restrictions
for data space.
• The EZ-KIT Lite hardware must be connected and powered up to
use VisualDSP++ with a valid evaluation or permanent license.
