Transmitter Operation

Lock
Press to lock all doors.
The fuel door will also lock.
See "Locking Fuel Door" in
Section 4 for more information.
Different feedback options may be
chosen for the transmitter buttons.

Pressing the lock button on the
B
transmitter also arms the theft
deterrent system. See "Theft

Deterrent System" earlier in this

section for information.

Unlock
Press to unlock the driver's
door.
The fuel door will also unlock.
See "Locking Fuel Door" in
Section 4 for more information.
Press the button twice within five
seconds to unlock all the doors.
If it is dark enough outside, the
interior lights will turn on.

Pressing the unlock button on the
transmitter also disarms the theft
deterrent system. See "Theft
Deterrent System" earlier in this
section for information.
Remote-Start (If equipped)
This feature is only available on
vehicles equipped with an
automatic transmission.
Press and release the lock button
and then immediately press and
hold the remote-start button
at least 4 seconds or until the turn
signal lights flash.
All doors will lock.

this section for more information.
