9. Gear Selector Position
Indicator
The indicator shows you what
position your gear shift lever is
in. See Section 3 for more
information.

10. Boost Gage (CTS-V Model
Only)
The gage indicates positive
manifold pressure.
Positive manifold pressure is the
induction air pressure level in the
intake manifold before the air
enters the combustion chamber.
This gage reads zero under light
throttle before boost is generated.
Start the engine to automatically
reset the gage to zero.

WARNING LIGHTS

Your vehicle has a number of
warning lights.
The warning lights go on when
there may be or there is a problem
with one of your vehicle's func-
tions. Some warning lights come
on briefly when you start the
engine just to let you know they're
working properly.
Your vehicle also has a Driver
Information Center that works
along with the warning lights and
gages. See "Driver Information
Center" later in this section.
