Display Control
Press the INFO button repeatedly
to display an RDS station name,
frequency, program type or
program name (if available). If
the button is pressed when
information is not available, NO
INFO (no information) will appear
on the display.

RDS FEATURES AND CONTROLS
The radio's RDS features rely upon
receiving specific information from
the RDS stations. These features
will only work when RDS
information is available.
The RDS feature:
• allows you to seek only to
stations with the types of
programs you want to listen to.
• interrupts the radio or CD to
broadcast announcements
concerning local and national
emergencies.
• allows you to seek to stations
which broadcast traffic
announcements.
• allows you to receive and
display messages from radio
stations.
• allows you to search for a
stronger station when the
station you are listening to
becomes too weak.
RDS features are only available for
use on FM stations which
broadcast RDS information.
In rare cases, a station may
broadcast incorrect information
that will cause the radio features to
work improperly. If this happens,
please contact the radio station.
If you are tuned to a station that
broadcasts RDS information, the
station's call letters and program
service name will replace the
station's frequency on the display.
If the audio system is tuned to a
station that is not broadcasting
RDS information, the station's
frequency will remain on the
display.
