Seats and Restraints

■ SEAT CONTROLS

Manual Seat Controls (If
equipped)
Lift the bar under the front seat to
slide the seat backward and
forward.
Release the bar and make sure the
seat is locked into place.

CAUTION
A seat that is not locked into
place properly could move
during a sudden stop or
collision. People in the vehicle
could be injured. Make sure the
seat is locked in place.
Front Seatback Manual Reclining
Control (If equipped)
To recline the seatback, lift the
lever and tilt the seatback forward
or backward, as desired. Release
the lever to lock the seatback in
place.
To return the seatback to its
upright position, lift the lever
without pushing on the seatback.
Push and pull on the seatback to
check that it is locked into place.
