Installing printer
1. Click on Start -> Setup -> Printer.
2. In the Printers window, double-click on "Add Printer".
3. In the "Add Printer" window, click on next.
4. Choose the manufacturer and model of your printer.
5. Select the print port.
6. Follow further instructions on the screen.
7. If your printer is not listed, consult your printer dealer.
Print option output
1. The print option will provide a single still image of the selected screen.
Reason for the print option to fail
1. Check to see if the printer is installed in Windows.
2. If the printer will not install, check if the printer cable or power cable is connected correctly.
