Park pilot 3
Illuminates in yellow when ig nition is
switched on, then ex tinguishes.
If it stays illum ina ted while driving, there is
a fault in the sy stem - see pag e 143.

DCS (Descent Control System)
Both control indicators illuminate w hen
ignition is switched on, then exting uish.
Green; illuminates when DC S is ready for
opera tion. Flashes during driving when
DCS is in operation, after pressing the
DCS button.
Yellow; flashes to indicate sy stem is not
rea dy for conditions to operate.
Illuminates to indica te there is a fault in the
system.
If the yellow control indicator flashes or
illuminates during d riv ing, friction material
needs to cool down: drive the vehicle
without braking as much as possible.

AWD (All Wheel Drive) 3
Illum inates in yellow when ignition is
switched on, then extinguishes.
If it flashes during driving, the AWD system
is temporarily disabled.
If it illum ina tes, there is a fault in the
sy stem. C onsult a workshop as soon as
possible.

temperature is too high; danger of engine
