To initiate a Voice Over to a busy co-worker:
1. Listen for busy/ring tone.
a) If you don't hear busy ring, you cannot Voice Over.
b) If your system has IntraMail, you will hear a voice prompt rst.
2. Dial and then speak to your busy co-worker.
