3rd step:
• Calculate the piston-to-cylinder clearance with
following formula:
Piston-to-cylinder Clearance =
Cylinder bore "C"-
Piston skirt diameter "P"
olf out of specification, rebore or replace
cylinder, and replace piston and piston rings
as a set.
_ Piston-to-cylinder Clearance:
0.034-0.047 mm
(0.0013- 0.0018 in)
Limit: 0.1 mm (0.004 in)
