NOTE:
The battery provides power for operation of the
horn, flasher lights, indicator light and brake light.
If none of the above operates, always check the
battery voltage before proceeding further. Low
battery voltage indicates either a faulty battery,
low battery electrolyte, or a defective charging
system. See "CHARGING
SYSTEM" for checks
of the battery and charging system. Also, check
the fuse condition. Replace the fuse if necessary.
1. Brake light does not work
