1. Remove:

• Inner tube (Left and right) (_)
(__,,_ =Spring seat (_)
®Rubber (_ (Left side only)
®Front fork spring @
INSPECTION
1. Wash the bearings in solvent.
2. Inspect:
®Bearing races
_ill Pitting/Damage--* Replace.
...... oBearings
Pitting/Damage--* Replace.
..... NOTE:
Always replace the bearing and race as a set.
Bearing Size:
Upper: 5/32 in
Lower: 5/32 in
Bearing Quantity:
Upper: 25 pcs.
Lower: 26 pcs.
