4. Inspect:
• Wheel bearings
Bearings allow play in the wheel hub or
wheel turns roughly-* Replace.
_//_/ Wheel bearing replacement steps:
• Clean the outside of the wheel hub.
• Remove the bearing using a general bearing
puller (_.
• Install the new bearing.
NOTE:
Use a socket (_ that matches the outside
diameter of the race of the bearing.
Do not strike the inner race of balls of the
bearing. Contact should be made only
with the outer race.
_j 5. Inspect:
-Brake shoes
Glazed parts-* Sand with coarse sandpaper+
NOTE:
After using the sand paper, clean of the polished
particles with cloth.

6. Measure:
" ,Brake shoe thickness (_
Out of specification-* Replace.
_ Brake Shoe Thickness:
S.T.D,: 3.5 mm (0.14 in)
Limit: 2.0 mm (0.08 in)
