To switch "AM" to "PM" or vice versa,
highlight the value using the

(Default time format is 12 hour time
system. To change the time format to
24 hour time system, see Operator's

"AM/PM" is not displayed on the
equipment with 24 hour time system
adopted.

Press the [FAX] button to return to the Fax basic screen.
You can press the [USER FUNCTIONS] button instead of the [FAX] button to exit the
user function mode. The screen returns to the basic screen of the mode selected
immediately before step 1.

Memory reception

When the equipment becomes unavailable during a document reception, due to a paper jam,
toner empty or other error condition, this equipment backs up the received data by storing it in
memory.
This function is also applied when a Fax document is received during copying or printing.
