A pair of wheels located at the rear of the heater allows it to be slid in
and out of the enclosure for commissioning and maintenance. The heater
must be positioned on a flat level surface that allows free movement of the
appliance.
In a masonry fireplace, use a slurry of sand and cement to level the base as
required.
In a decorative fireplace, when the appliance is elevated from the ground,
construct a base using a board with supporting joists as shown.
In elevated installations the front mounting feet of the appliance will
protrude. These can be re-positioned so they fit within the enclosure by
using the slots that sit behind the front wheels.
