5. Click the web-cam icon in the top-left corner of the profile window and select View this
contact's webcam. After a few moments you will be viewing live video from your camera.

• Check the you have entered the correct MSN information in DigiViewer
• Do not select "Start a Video Call" —always select View this contact's webcam
