Connecting Optional Accessories

Connecting the Audio Output to External Speakers

As an option, the HD3000 may play audio through a set of external speakers. The
speakers can be installed in a free standing configuration.
Following the installation, adjust the optimum volume level.
To set up the speakers
1. Place the speakers on the supplied stands and position them on both sides
of the TV monitor.
2. Refer to the diagrams supplied with the speakers kit. Connect the speaker
wire to the supplied audio cable.
3. Connect the red and white connectors of the audio cable to the TV OUT
connectors on the HD3000's rear panel.
4. Place the subwoofer on the floor between the speakers. Connect the wires
between the subwoofer and each speaker.
