Multipoint Call Status

As for point-to-point calls, the Call Status dialog box displays the identification of
the remote parties, the bandwidth of the calls, the current compression modes, etc.
However, each of the HD3000's connections are described in separate pages of the
dialog box. For example, if the HD3000 is in a conference with Thomas and David,
the status of the HD3000-Thomas connection is on the first page (indicated 1 of 2)
and the HD3000-David connection is on the second page (indicated 2 of 2).
