Storage and Mouse Connection
Connecting eSATA Storage
If the internal storage space is insufficient, you can expand your storage capacity by adding an
eSATA storage device to the rear panel eSATA port (see
Connecting a USB Device
You can connect and use USB storage devices for backup of recorded video, saving snapshots,
firmware updating, and importing/exporting user configuration files. Also, a USB mouse can be
connected for DVR manipulations.
CAUTION
consumption, it is recommended to use a separate power source for that
HDD.
Network Connection
Connecting to a PC in the Local Network
You can connect the DVR to a PC in the same network and control or manipulate it using the PC
monitor, keyboard and mouse.
