This section describes print quality settings. To view these settings:
From the printer Main Menu, select Settings > Printing > Print
Quality.
From the printer web page, click the Configure tab > Printing >
Print Quality.
Setting
Description
Print Speed
Sets how fast the printer prints labels. The
unit of measure is defined in the Unit of
Measure parameter.
Media Sensitivity
Sets the level of sensitivity of the media to the
printhead heat for media and ribbon.
Description
Sets the length of media the
printer feeds (positive value) or
retracts (negative value) after
printing a label. Unit of
measurement is defined in the
Unit of Measure parameter. Range
is -9999 to +9999.
Selects the mode the printer uses
to calibrate media. Use Slow if the
printer has trouble identifying
gaps or marks in media.
If Media Calibration Mode is set
to Slow, the printer prints the
media length plus 10 mm. This
value sets an additional amount
of media to be printed. Unit of
measurement is defined in the
Unit of Measurement parameter.
Range is 0 to 3200.
Sets the sensitivity of the label
taken sensor. Range is 0 to 14.
Supported when the Cutter or
Label Dispenser accessories are
installed.
