Remove and replace control
panel.
Check high limit control
switch per maintenance
section on the high limit.
Close drain valve.
With power removed from
fryer, check across elec-
trical leads of gas valve
with multimeter, and gas
valve on "ON" position.
Replace probe.
Replace ignitor.
Clean or replace blower.
Replace air pressure switch.
Replace module.
