Problem
The side cover of the 1st cas-
sette is not closed properly.
The side cover of the 2nd cas-
sette is not closed properly.
Print paper jam in 1st cassette.
Print paper jam in 2nd cassette.
Print paper jam in the multi pur-
pose tray.
Paper jam in all paper cassettes
The ADF is open.
The communication was not
successful.
There is no number stored in this
key.
The key pressed has no function
programmed or the fax number
was entered incorrectly.
Too many numbers or charac-
ters were entered.
The receiver of the connected
telephone is off hook.
The desired report cannot be
printed because the correspond-
ing process was not carried out.
The group dial number entered
is higher than 32. The machine
can store up to 32 group dial
numbers.
The number for copies to be
made is higher than 99.
No document can be printed be-
cause the memory is empty.
The list of commands cannot be
displayed because no com-
mands are programmed.
The list of reservation cannot be
displayed because no reserva-
tions are programmed.
All 70 storage places for com-
mands are occupied.
Solution
Close the cover firmly.
