Print Settings
Use this function to set the printer parameters for received documents.
Three parameters are available.
l Reduction RX
There are 2 settings:
m
Auto : This setting reduces the printout automatically up to 50% to
fit the received document onto one page. If this is not possible, the
document is printed on two pages.
m
Variable : You can set the reduction rate manually in steps of 1%
between 100% and 50%.
l Margin
If your fax machine receives a document, it compares the length of the
document with the length of the set paper plus the set margin. If the sum
of the two is more than the length of the document, the document is print-
ed on one page.
l Half page mode
Use this function to print several short messages on one page.
Note
If you set the reduction rate to "Auto" and set a margin of 24 mm, most
documents should be printed on one page.
