Solution
Most errors are caused by bad lines. Please try
again to contact the other fax machine. If the prob-
lem persists, contact the technical service.
If black stripes appear on the copy, clean the scan-
ner surface. If the printout is too light or blurred, re-
move the toner cartridge and shake it.
Adjust the paper guides.
Check the paper size and paper type. Make sure
the paper is not wrinkled or folded.

Make sure the paper cassette is properly loaded.
Make sure the 2nd paper tray is properly locked.
Replace the drum cartridge.
Probably the paper was not properly fed on the re-
mote side. Ask for a new transmission.
Make a photocopy with your fax machine. If it is
blurred, clean the scanner. If the problem persists,
contact the technical service.
