Set up Geo-Fence Event Report Interval

User can use this command to define the Geo-Fence Report interval (period) and times (frequency). The command is
applied to all the 10 Geo-Fence coordinate sets.
Setup Format: #「username」,「Password」,「Function Mode」,「Intervals (sec.)」,「Total number of reports」*

Description
Start sign.
Default ID of the device.
If you have changed the user name, please use the updated one.
Default password.
If you have changed the password, please use the updated one.
Mode 17 defines the Geo-Fence Report Interval setup mode.
Time Interval (period) of Event Report. Ranges from 0 to 65000.
Times (frequency) of Event Reports that will be sent automatically.
