Set up Address Language

The user can change the SMS polling address language by setting language codes.
The default address language is in en-us (English United States), the user can send the following command to define the
report in another language:
Setup Format: #「username」,「Password」,「Function Mode」,「Report Format Code」*
Command: #hl,zh-tw*
Note: Some language codes might be not available, the actual supported codes relies on map service provider.

Description
Start sign.
Mode "hl" defines the SMS Polling Address setup mode.
The language code, such as: en-us, zh-tw,ar-ae...etc.
