Stop SOS Report (Exit from SOS Mode)

While the device is in SOS Mode, user can use this SMS/COTA command to stop the SOS report and Exit from SOS mode.
Setup Format: #「username」,「Password」,「offpanic」*
Command: #username,0000,offpanic*
Note: User can exit SOS Mode by long pressing the SOS button again. Please refer to Hardware General Introduction.
