Set up SOS Phone Book

Use this SMS/COTA command to define the SOS cellular number by following the format below. The device will first send
1 SOS event/alarm report to all number in the phone book and then make a phone call to the SOS phone number
immediately.
Setup Format: #「username」,「Password」,「Function Mode」,「SOS Phone」*
Command: #username,0000,sosphone,+886123456789*
Note: Add or not add the "+ "sign in front of the cellular phone number(s) are both acceptable, while the"+" sign should
precede the international call prefixes.
