Request Battery Voltage

User can check the current battery voltage of the device by sending the following command:
Command: #battery*
Note: For the example from Message Reply, we found that there are 2 voltage measurements: 3.826V and 3.793V. The
voltage shown will be different because 3.826V is "detected" voltage and 3.793V is instantaneous voltage when sending
the message (the voltage will be dropped a little for a while when sending). So 3.826V will be more precise measurement.
