Symptom
Vertical blanks appear.
White lines or streaks running
through only one color.

Probable Causes
The lenses are blocked.
The printer is worn or
damaged.
The toner cartridges are not

Something is blocking the lens
for the affected color.
Paper or debris is dragging the
bottom of the transfer belt.

Clean the lenses in the inside of the printer.
