Océ 9600 components
The Océ 9600 is available as a digital network printer, copier and scan-to-file
system. It consists of the following components:
Printer (see 'Océ 9600 printer' on page 17)
Scanner (see 'Océ 9600 scanner' on page 18)
Controller (see 'Océ 9600 controller' on page 19)
Optional features (see 'Océ 9600 optional features' on page 21)
These components, in combination with your network, Plot Director and one
or more drivers (Windows driver, AutoCAD HDI or PostScript), allow you to
use the Océ 9600 as your default enterprise printing and copying solution.
See the Océ 9600 Connectivity Manual for more details about making
networking settings on the Océ 9600 printer. More information about
installing, configuring and using drivers can be found in the documentation
provided with the drivers.

Océ 9600 printer
As a user, you can perform a number of activities at the Océ 9600 printer. You
can start up and shut down the printer, set the media type and size, set a special
media indication, stop a print job or select your preferred language from the
printer operating panel (see chapter 2, 'Using the Océ 9600 Printer' on page 25
for more details). With the manual feeder, you can manually feed sheets of
printing material if you want to print a job on a media type and/or size that is
not available on one of the paper rolls or in one of the cassette trays (see 'Océ
9600 manual feeder' on page 18 for more information).
