The printer control panel includes a Help button () that when
pressed displays information about the current function.
The user manuals are your most immediate and complete
source of information for using your product. The manuals are
also located on the software disc in Adobe Acrobat format.

technician with details about your system's configuration and
details about the problem, including the exact wording of any
error messages that appear. The Technical Services telephone
numbers appear on page ii (the copyright page) of this manual.
The Print Info Pages function of the Service Printer menu is
available to provide Technical Services with detailed trouble-
shooting information. As requested by Technical Services, from
the menu (Service Printer > Print Info Pages), print, photocopy
the pages onto plain paper, and fax them to the number pro-
vided.
