Limiting the storage time of mailbox jobs

Network Copier users may forget to regularly clean up their mailbox and
eventually use all of the available memory. To prevent this from happening,
you can define the time during which print jobs in the mailbox of individual
users are to be stored.
Each day at midnight the DAC automatically deletes all jobs (printed or not)
of which the storage time has expired as set by the 'Save jobs in mailbox'
function.
If the DAC was off at midnight, the deletion takes place when the DAC

that a job arriving in a mailbox on Monday at 08.30 hrs. will be deleted on
Tuesday at midnight, because on Monday at midnight the job is not yet 24
hours old.
Jobs are never automatically deleted. Either the owner of the mailbox,
Infinite
or the key operator must explicitly remove those jobs which are no longer
required from the mailbox.
