Obtaining system information

There are different types of information which you may need for various
reasons. For example, if you want to know which fonts are installed on the
Océ 3165 you simply need to print the configuration report. To find out how
many copies and prints have been made, you can display the copy and print
counter values. And lastly, you may display the amount of set memory
available on the Océ 3165. The first two functions are only available on
Network Copiers, whereas the latter function is also available on Digital
Copiers.
Printing the Network Copier configuration report
The configuration report lists all information regarding the hardware and
software configuration of this particular Océ 3165 Network Copier and
network specifics. To obtain a copy of this report proceed as follows.
Printing the configuration report
Access the key operator system (see page 13).

Open the 'Printing' section and select 'Reports' settings with the arrow

buttons.
Press the function button 'Configuration report'.

The report will be printed after you quit the key operator system. If the DAC
is off, the setting is disabled (greyed).
When ready, quit the key operator system.
