Accounting

You can set restrictions on users using specific machine features, or set restrictions on individual
users. For more information, refer to System settings with optional FreeFlow scanner on page 3-
75.

Authentication/Security Settings

You can set the system administrator ID and system administrator password used to enter
System Administration mode. For more information, refer to Authentication/Security Settings
on page 4-19.

How to enter text or numbers

During operations, a screen sometimes appears for the entry of text. To see a description on
how to enter text using the screen keyboard, refer to Chapter 6 How to enter text or numbers on
page 6-1.
