Volume Drop-Down Menu
When you select the Volume drop-down menu, the following screen appears. You can
adjust the volume and set the microphone mute from the Attendant Console. Instead
of placing a call on hold, you can mute your handset or speakerphone microphone, so
that the calling party does not hear you.
Adjusting the Volume
Do one of the following:
— Select Up or Down from the Volume drop-down menu
OR
Press CTRL+P to increase the volume or CTRL+W to lower the volume.
To save your volume settings:
— Select Save from the Volume drop-down menu.
Muting the Microphone
To mute or unmute the microphone:
— Select Mute from the Volume drop-down menu

Press CTRL+U.
