Convection Baking is ideal for evenly browned
baked foods cooked on single or multiple r(]cks.
Select Convection Roastto roast large, tender cuts
of meat uncovered.
When set on CONV BAKE or CONV ROAST, the re(Jr
convection elements and the fan operate when the
oven is heating.
1. Turn the Oven Mode Selector to CONV BAKE or
CONV ROAST.
2. Using the Temperature knob, set the desired
temper(]ture, in 25°F increments, from 175%
to 550%.
Theoven will now begin to preheat.The
temper(]ture display will begin at 100°Fand rem(]in
there until the oven exceeds that temperature.
From that point, the displ(]y will show the (]ctu(]l
temper(]ture.

guidelines. Experiment with these positions for
specific foods (]nd person(]l preference.
The interior lights will turn on (]nd st(]y on until
the oven is turned off. The convection oven f(]n
will turn on during prehe(]t. The control will beep
when the oven is prehe(]ted (]nd food c(]n be
pl(]ced inside the oven.
3. Turn the Oven Mode Selector (]nd the
Temper(]ture knob to OFFwhen convection
cooking is finished.
NOTE:A cooling fan will turn on to cool intern(]l
p(]rts. This is norm(][ (]nd the fan m(]y continue to
run even (]ffer the oven is turned off.
Use the temper(]ture probe when (] precise intern(]l
temper(]ture is import(]nt. See Using the probe.

The double-oven r(]nge h(]s (] sm(]ll oven with 4 r(]ck
positions. R(]ck position C is not in the sm(]ll oven.
