abuse, a ccidents, neglect, i mproper operation, failure
tomaintain, improper or negligent installation,
tampering, failuretofollowoperating instructions,
mishandling, unauthorized service (including s elf-
performed " fixing" o r exploration o f theappliance's
internal workings).
• Adjustment, alteration o r modification ofanykind.
• Afailure tocomply withanyapplicable s tate,local, c ity,
or county electrical, plumbing a nd/or b uilding codes,
regulations, or laws,including f ailure to install t he
product i n strictconformity withlocal f ireandbuilding
codesandregulations.
• Ordinary w earandtear,spillsoffood,liquid, g rease
accumulations, or othersubstances thataccumulate
on,in,or around theProduct.
• Anyexternal, elemental and/or e nvironmental forces
andfactors, i ncluding without l imitation, rain, w ind,
sand, f loods, f ires,mudslides, f reezing temperatures,
excessive m oisture o r extended exposure tohumidity,
lightning, power surges, s tructural failures surrounding
theappliance, andactsof God.
Innoevent s hall T hermador haveanyliability or
responsibility whatsoever fordamage to surrounding
property, including cabinetry, floors, c eilings, a ndother
structures o r objects around theProduct. Alsoexcluded
fromthiswarranty a rescratches, nicks, m inordents, a nd
cosmetic d amages o nexternal surfaces andexposed
parts;Products o nwhichtheserial n umbers havebeen
altered, d efaced, or removed; service visits to teachyou
howto usetheProduct, or visitswhere thereis nothing
wrong withtheProduct; correction o finstallation p roblems
(youaresolelyresponsible foranystructure a ndsetting for
theProduct, including allelectrical, plumbing o rother
connecting f acilities, forproper f oundation/flooring, andfor
anyalterations i ncluding without l imitation cabinetry, walls,
floors,shelving, etc.);andresetting ofbreakers o r fuses.
