Selecting On-Screen Keypad Size
You can select a small or large size on-screen menu when using the
Cinema, Split Screen, POP, PIP and Input Controls Menus. Select the
small size to see more of tile picture when a Controls Menu is on the
screen. Select the large size to see larger words and numbers on the
screen. Follow the steps below to change the setting as needed.
A. Press TV to set the remote to control the TV.
B. Press MENU to bring up the main menu.
C. Highlight Preferences using the up and
down arrows on the remote.
D. Press 8 to select the Preferences menu.
E. Highlight On-Screen Keypads.
F. Use the left and right arrows to check
either small or large.
G. Press 3 to exit.
H. Press CINEMA, SPLIT SCREEN, POP, or
PIP twice to see a wide-screen Controls
menu or press INPUT once to see the Input
Controls Menu.
Setting Your TV for Cable or Air
Your TV automatically adjusts this feature when the TV places channels
in memory (autoprogram).
Follow the steps below to change the setting as needed.
A. Press TV to set the remote to control the
TV.
B. Press MENU to bring up the main menu.
C. Highlight Installation using the up and
down arrows on the remote. These arrows
are also shown on the screen.
D. Press 8 to select the Installation menu.
E. Highlight Cable/Air.
F. Use the left and right arrows to check
either Cable for cable or Air for an anten-
na connected to the TV.
G. Press 3 to exit.
