Checks
1 Is the separation claw worn, deformed, or
soiled?
2 Is the upper/lower fixing roller or the heat
discharging roller deformed or damaged?
3 Is the paper guide soiled with toner or the
like?
4 Is the height of the paper guide correct?
5 Is the lower roller pressure (nip) as
indicated?
6 Does the delivery detecting lever move
smoothly?
7 Does the delivery sensor operate normally?
(See the instructions on how to check the
photointerrupters.)
8 Does the delivery roller move smoothly?
