Starting, Stopping, and Checking the Status of the ThinkServer SAS SNMP Agent
Uninstall the existing version by using the following
commands:
# pkgrm storelib
# pkgrm sassnmp
After you install the ThinkServer SAS SNMP Agent package, the MIB file
ThinkServer-AdapterSAS.mib is installed under
/etc/ThinkServer_mrdsnmp/sas directory.
The following commands are used to start, stop, restart, and check the
status of the Solaris System Managment Agent (net snmpd) daemon:

Start: # svcadm enable
svc:/application/management/sma:default
–
Stop: # svcadm disable
svc:/application/management/sma:default
–
Restart: # svcadm restart
svc:/application/management/sma:default
–
Status: # svcs svc:/application/management/sma:default
Note:
Online indicates that the SMA is started. Disabled
indicates that the SMA is stopped.
The following commands are used to start, stop, restart, and check the
status of the SAS SNMP Agent daemon:

Start: #/etc/init.d/ThinkServer_mrdsnmpd start

Stop: #/etc/init.d/ThinkServer_mrdsnmpd stop

Restart: #/etc/init.d/ThinkServer_mrdsnmpd restart

Status: #/etc/init.d/ThinkServer_mrdsnmpd status
