An incompatible Printhead has been installed.
There is a problem with the Printhead.

Execute printhead cleaning.

The Printhead nozzles are clogged.

Install a Printhead specied for use with the printer.

Open the Top Cover. If the Carriage is over the
Platen, replace the Printhead with a new one.

If, after opening the Top Cover, you see that the
Carriage is not over the Platen, follow the steps
below.
1.
Close the Top Cover and press the Online button.
2.
Replace the Printhead.

Corrective Action
Follow these steps to clean the Printhead.
1.
Hold down the Stop button for a second or more
to cancel printing.

Printhead cleaning options.
