Send Address Tab

As shown in Figure 6-1, there are five methods to address faxes. You
can use any combination of methods to select recipients for your fax.

Short cut

A "Short cut" is a pre-defined set of frequently-used fax numbers.
These "Short cuts" are defined in the Address Book Setup function
(for more information, see "Address Book" on page 124).
Touch one or more of the of the Short cut buttons that have pre-

Touch the Enter button to add the number to the list of recipients

Phone Book

The "Phone Book" is a pre-defined set of fax phone numbers that is
set in the Address Book Setup function (for more information, see
"Address Book" on page 124).
Touch Phone Book to open the phone book.
