Phone Book Shortcut Keys

Use the Shortcut function to create a list of frequently used fax
numbers. A total of 12 short cuts can be defined. The list is displayed
on the Fax Send Mode Address tab.
Touch the Address Book button then touch Short Cut Key. to

display the current list of short cuts.

Use the page up and down keys and the Search
button to display your Group. Touch the Group you
want to edit.
Touch Edit to get the list of group members.
Add, edit, or delete members of the group by
touching a name and then touching a button.
Touch OK to save changes.
Use the page up and down keys and the Search
button to display your Group. Touch the Group you
want to delete.
Touch Delete.
Confirm that you want to delete the Group. Once
deleted the Group is no longer available to users.
