How to handle errors that may occur while operating server blades in the basic
unit is described in the BX600 S2 or BX600 S3 basic unit operating manual.
If a fault occurs, try to correct it as described
– in the chapter "Troubleshooting and Tips" in the BX600 S2 or BX600 S3
basic unit operating manual,
– in the chapters for the installed components,
– in the documentation for the connected devices,
– in the help systems of the individual programs used.
If you are unable to correct the problem, proceed as follows:
Ê Make a note of the steps you have taken and the situation in which the fault
occurred. Also make a note of the error messages displayed.
Ê Switch off the defective server blade or the system.
Ê Contact customer service.
