Server menu
Protocol
Defines the transmission protocol used for communication with the
terminal. This setting should be the same on both the terminal and the
server. The protocols differ in the supported key sequences and
character sets and whether they can display color or only black and
white.
Flow Control
Defines how transfer via the port is controlled.
This setting must be the same on both the terminal and the server.
Requirement: The Port parameter must not be set to Disabled.
Console connection
Opens the submenu in which you make the settings for operating a
terminal on the system. The terminal can be connected to the server
using a direct serial connection (null modem cable). Screen output is
displayed in parallel on the terminal and on the system monitor.
Keyboard input on the terminal is sent to the system and handled in the
same way as input made on the connected server keyboard. You can, for
example, open and modify the BIOS Setup of the system on the terminal.
Enabled
The function is enabled.
Disabled
The function is disabled.

You cannot enter a system password at the terminal in keyboard
mode.
Mode
Defines how long the terminal connection is available. Requirement: The
Port parameter must not be set to Disabled.
Standard
The terminal connection is only available during system startup.
Enhanced
The terminal connection is also available after system start.
# of video pages to support
Defines the number of video pages to allocate for console redirection.
